HELP ADVOCATES officially opened it's doors in 1995 when the area's need for a representative for Social Security Disability Claimants was recognized. An outstanding reputation was built state-wide in Utah and in surrounding states for the personal care and attention to their clients. We incorporated in the State of Utah in 2003 and have been growing steadily ever since.
Cynthia (Cindy) Lowry is our Claimant's Representative. After working with attorneys for more than 15 years as a paralegal, she found her calling in helping the disabled. She has a strong dedication to our clients and is sensitive to their needs. With a high level of professionalism and a sense of humor, she has earned the respect of Social Security Offices, and has a high success rate in the Hearing Stage before Federal Administrative Law Judges. She is the firm's driving force. She loves what she's doing, and she's doing what she loves.
Kathryn Etzel is the "go to" person at HELP ADVOCATES. From scheuling new clients, telephone applications and hearings to making sure all appointments are kept and all information is in, she is the heart and soul of our office. She knows almost everything there is to know about the progression of Social Security Disability claims, and has a great working relationship with our clients and many Social Security offices. We couldn't function without her!
